Azeem founded DolpTec after gaining over 20 years experience in the banking, insurance, technology, education, charity and consulting sectors. He has an established reputation earned through years of success with multiple sector firms including British Telecommunications (BT), Travelex UK, Farnell UK, Liverpool Victoria (LV=), RBS, Lloyds Banking Group and most recently UCAS. He has worked across three continents: India, North America and Europe/UK.

 

This varied experience gives him a unique 360 view, both from the business and technological side, making him a perfect ambassador for DolpTec's holistic mission to deliver positive change to a client's business – across manufacturing, retail, fintech, regtech, insurance sectors – and to provide innovative cloud solutions, technology modernisation projects, data-powered analytics and AI / GenAI / ML projects.

 

Azeem is an energetic, results-driven technology business leader, with a passion for leadership & technology which will drive his team forward to exceed DolpTec's clients' expectations. He is responsible for the business and technology strategy with a heavy focus on cloud and new innovative technologies and on tailoring DolpTec's services and products with the client's best interests in mind. His focus is on identifying areas of customer business that can be improved via cloud enabled digital transformation.

 

Azeem is passionate about growing the business and serving DolpTec's clients to the best of his potential. In addition to his work responsibilities, he sits on the committee of a neighbourhood watch group, acts as a technology advisor to a primary school in India, and volunteers as a coach for a grassroot U6-U9 boys football team.
